As I always say, “Less talking, more drinking!”
Clearly that doesn’t apply here as I will be talking about the world famous mimosa at Magnolia House in Pasadena (or so I hear!). But what is there to talk about? Other than sticking to the mimosas! Marianne nagged at me for not trying something new, but I’m glad I didn’t. I just finished writing and producing two plays in the span of 6 months, so a bitch is tired of being over-stimulated. If I want to stick to a lil’ champerzzz and o.j., sue me! LOL. But all jokes aside, I just wanted to celebrate my accomplishments thus far, and what better way to do it than with a great friend who inspires me and pushes me to meet my writing deadlines. Not that it really worked last month as I missed posting in February! So, today I am apologizing to her and to you all. With that said, the mimosas are fully loaded and for $8 a glass, filled all the way to the top, it was worth it! I ended up having two and was flying by the end of our brunch. Better than a “bottomless” elsewhere (if you know what I mean!)
